2-year parts warranty (except battery)
2 years of free technical support hotline. After that, continued support is available through a token-based service plan.
Hardware warranty: return-for-repair service. Repairs are completed within 14 business days after receiving the faulty parts (shipping time excluded). Return shipping costs are borne separately by each party.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
Home delivery is available throughout the Greater Vancouver area.
